Terms of use of yachts and club base
Only members of the Club, as well as the persons accompanying them, have the right to use Club Floating Equipment on the terms and conditions specified in the Management Board's resolution of August 17, 2015.
Yacht crews pay for the Club a swimming fee according to the following table (currency: PLN):

Note: the term "learners" should be understood as learners or students at day schools or colleges (up to 26 years of age)
Exempt from paying the aforementioned fees are:Club Honor Members, Yacht Manager established by the Club Board for a given year, Club or yacht sponsors, guests invited by the Board, participants of the regatta, club and sailing boat club instructors and instructors during practical classes during the course.
Members of the Club who do not show at least 20 hours of work for the Club (yacht repairs, works for the club, etc.) are obliged to pay PLN 200 as an equivalent for working hours (PLN 10 per hour).
During the voyage, the crew bears all yacht operating costs, as well as full material and legal responsibility for any damage and breakdowns ensuing on the yacht from the moment of taking over to the moment of its return. The liability in question includes the costs of repairing damage, removing the consequences of a breakdown, and the recovery of which from the insurance of the yacht will prove unprofitable to the Club, including due to the loss of discounts for the so-called "failure-free" and the amount of "reducing franchise" (10% of the cost). The crew's liability may be reduced by the amount of any insurance compensation received. The above does not apply to the consequences of accidents "(NNW) defined by the insurer.
Any non-refunded by the insurer - damage, losses or damage caused to the yacht during the voyage, must be repaired at the expense of the cruise crew in time enabling further exploitation of the yacht.

The condition for using the club base, with particular reference to workshops and work on yachts, is signing and observance by the members or persons working for the club Regulations of health and safety and fire protection.
The club does not bear any material and legal responsibility for the equipment, yacht or its equipment stored on the Club premises by a Club member.
The club reserves the right to change the above rates and conditions for the use of yachts and club base without notice.
All changes and rules for the use of yachts and club base will be placed immediately on the website and bulletin board at the club's headquarters.
